There will always be a stage for you to show whatever your talent is.        
It contains three principles: (1) Fair competition and appointing people by abilities

                                 (3) reasonable flow and dynamic management.
To achieve the combination of authorization and supervision,  full authority must come with supervision. There are three provisions in the company: exercising power under supervision, getting promoted by competition and rotation after expiration.
Talented person, talents, value of talents
Talented person - these people have the intention as well as some basic qualities, but need practice. Investment of companies and their individual desire are required.
 Talents - these people can quickly blend into work and immediately get started;
 Value of talents - these people can bring great wealth to the enterprise through their efforts 
Talents today may be not talents tomorrow, because talents refer to a dynamic concept. With the fierce competition in the market, the youth talents of the company should keep going beyond themselves and constantly improve their qualities. They must have firm goals and their own dreams and combine such goals and dreams with the company's big goals.
